This type of appraisal is usually sufficient for most agricultural properties, including Farmer Mac.
Full Narrative Appraisal Report
A thorough appraisal report. In addition, I am also comfortable completing Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions (Yellow Book) appraisals.
